Situated within the hotel, the lovely restaurant overlooking the historic center of Romano di Lombardia. The local, hidden by a wall covered with original green glass and embellished with a very particular graphic, it's all a chroma of white, green and black, combined with touches of red. Most of the walls are decorated with round mirrors that constitute the recurring theme even in the restricted area of the hotel.
The Restaurant, which is accessed directly from the lobby, invites external customers and hotel guests in an atmosphere cured and jovial. The brand new terrace overlooking the circles surrounded by greenery and the old washhouse of the historical center, has a restaurant area and a bar area.

The kitchen
The menu is mainly based on the seasonality of raw materials, the early opening of the restaurant our vocation was addressed on the preparations of fish, over time we discovered ingredients of excellence not attributable to the national fish market. Our educational background uses some ingredients "fusion" as miso, seaweed konbu, mirin or sake, without altering or distorting the great Italian culinary tradition.
