Catering Day The first real appointment dedicated to the culture of Italian catering
Dear guest,
today is Catering Day, a special event for those of us who make cooking and hospitality
our vocation.
An event designed to celebrate man's oldest rite throughout Italy: the art of living together.
Taking care of food and refreshments,
we could not fail to send a thought to those less fortunate than us.
After all, the final purpose of the Day is to mend and restore
the country's sense of community.
For this reason, today's menu offers a dish dedicated
to a dish that has always accompanied man's life,
attests to his ingenuity and creativity in transforming
the fruits of nature into a simple but indispensable
food and represents essential values such as solidarity ,
sharing and conviviality: bread.
The bread reflects our desire not only to survive, but to live together.
By choosing this dish you will help Fipe - Italian Federation of Public Establishments,
to enrich the donation to Caritas Italiana for the canteen of the most needy.

The 2023 Catering Day received the Medal of the President of the Republic
from the Head of State in recognition of the high value of the initiative.
