Dear Customer, this year the restaurant Mariet has created a menu dedicated to the New Year. We tried to alternate flavors of fish with flavors of meat, of using unusual materials:

Appetizers

See bass carpaccio, bonito flakes, baby spinach, yuzu sauce

Squash blossoms tempura with robiola cheese, basil olive oil, tomatoes coulis

First Courses

Tagliatelle's pasta with saffron and cod tripe

Carnaroli's risotto with gorgonzola cheese, pumpkin cream, seven peppers mix

Second Courses

Sauted Shrimps, broccoli, garlic chips and spicy lemon sauce

Gratined angus mignon with stilton cheese, basil leaves tempura and baked potatoes

Dessert

Panettone with melted chocolate and mascarpone cheese
